receipt of your telegram of the 31st.ultimo, informing me that if the Widows and Orphans! Pension Amendment Bill has not yet

been passed,section 24 must be amended by substitubing section

: 29 of Ordinance 30 of 1890.

Council, and is published for general information in today's

issue of the Government Gazette. Before taking any further
